Responsibilities:

Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruiting channels
Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to clients
Building and maintaining relationships with job seekers and clients
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
