Managing Director
Joe Duffy
In 2001 Joseph commenced his career in the construction industry in Ireland as an electrical apprentice and immigrated to Australia in 2011. After working for 8 years in the mining sector in Western Australia, Joseph transitioned into labor hire and co-founded CTON Recruitment.
Joseph formed CTON Recruitment with his business partner Garry Fenton in late 2018 to provide superior labor hire, recruitment, and outsourcing services to companies across Western Australia that demand excellence of service in every aspect.
Managing Director
Gary Fenton
Gary commenced an industrial electrical apprenticeship in January 1998. He qualified in December 2001 and proceeded on his travels. Gary’s electrical work history includes time spent in London, Liverpool, Sydney, and Perth working on various projects.
With 20 years’ experience in the industrial and mining industry, Gary Co-founded CTON Recruitment with his business partner Joseph Duffy in 2018 to support and supply quality labour to companies in Western Australia. Gary is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Perth office and focuses on developing long-standing working relationships with businesses throughout the Metro and the Pilbara region. Gary works closely with his clients providing HR, IR, and WHS solutions.
